Her background includes fire safety, crane operations, and confined space safety protocols, which fuels her passion for continuous education in response to evolving work environments. Matt brings over 15 years of experience in building automation and controls to CK Control Temp. He has worked for distributors for the first part of his career learning the technical and programming side of the business. With CK Control Temp, he has expanded into a sales and project management role and is the head of the BMS Division overseeing all controls projects.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has certifications in Tridium Niagara AX/N4 and various Honeywell controller certifications. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids and loves traveling the world.

As Field Supervisor, Troy oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His extensive technical expertise and hands-on leadership have earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the field.
Troy's broad knowledge of HVAC systems, combined with his commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, allows him to effectively manage complex projects and exceed client expectations. He holds several industry certifications, and his educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management, further enhancing his ability to align operational goals with customer needs.
In his personal time, Troy is an avid outdoorsman with a deep passion for exploring nature, traveling to new destinations, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Patrick is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in 3D design and 9 years in HVAC estimating. Since joining in 2016, he has played a crucial role in winning and managing projects, implementing effective strategies that have led to the successful completion of numerous initiatives. His keen attention to detail enhances his ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships, making him an invaluable asset to the C-K team.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys quality time with his wife and two children, and he loves playing guitar and performing with his band.

Tom has been in the HVAC business as both a Mechanical Engineer and a Mechanical Estimator for 40 years, bringing to C-K Control Temp experience in all aspects of our industry. He has worked on multi-million-dollar state and federal government projects as well as pharmaceutical and commercial projects and extensive work for our military.
As a problem solver, Tom is skilled at addressing challenges as they arise, often anticipating potential issues before they become problems—allowing him to implement preventative measures that keep projects on track. His client-centered approach, always being accessible and involved, ensures a high level of satisfaction and trust. Whether managing large-scale projects or engaging in Design/Build work, Tom's proactive and solution-focused mindset helps deliver successful results every time.

Paul joined CK Control Temp as a Project Manager in 2021, consistently delivering efficient and safety-compliant HVAC and mechanical projects that meet high client standards. His career began in marine engineering, where he worked on deep-sea vessels and ultra-deepwater drill ships, gaining valuable technical and operational expertise. Paul also served 12 years as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, further enhancing his leadership and technical skills.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering & Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and possesses an unlimited horsepower U.S. Coast Guard marine engineering license for diesel, steam, and gas turbine-powered vessels.

Diksha has a Leadership Certification which enhances her organizational impact, is passionate about continuous improvement and is dedicated to enhancing financial systems for greater efficiency and precision. Outside of her professional role, she serves on the Board of Directors for her family-owned heritage hotel business in India, where she blends business leadership with the preservation of cultural and family legacy.
