Senior Project Manager

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget
Set and maintain firm construction schedules
Develop detailed project plans that identify timelines, resources and budgetary needs
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure best terms and pricing
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project team and senior leadership
Lead and mentor Project Team
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
Oversee field work/subcontractor accountability
Lead kickoff, milestones and closeouts are completed for projects
Host project meetings at least once a week with project team(s)
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and mentorship to project managers
Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless project execution
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Data collection for client satisfaction methods/tracking

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, related field and/or equivalent experience
P.E. Preferred
8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction projects/mechanical services
Ability to provide work-class customer service in a fast paced, high-performance culture
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to read/interpret blueprints
Solution-oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, quality and accuracy driven mindset
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Clean drivers license
